Terms of Use
Effective June 1, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026
The short version
- Grow Metrics 360 is provided to schools, their staff, and the families they invite.
- Keep your login private, and use the platform only for its intended purpose.
- Schools and families keep ownership of their information. We use it only to provide the service.
- Reports reflect teacher observations. They are not medical or clinical evaluations.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Grow Metrics 360 app at app.growmetrics360.com and our website at www.growmetrics360.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If a school has a separate written agreement with Grow Metrics 360, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
2. Who may use the Service
- Schools that subscribe to Grow Metrics 360, and the teachers and administrators they authorize.
- Parents and guardians of children enrolled at a participating school, using the email address the school has on file.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children do not have accounts.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Accounts require email verification before use. Do not share your login, and tell your school right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. An account is linked to a child only when its email address matches the school's records.
4. School responsibilities
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for adding and removing staff and family accounts, for obtaining any consents required to add children and families to the Service, and for deciding when reports are released to families.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Try to access information about a child who is not assigned to your account
- Share, publish, or post screenshots or printouts of another family's information
- Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to a child's education
- Interfere with the Service, probe it for weaknesses, or try to bypass its security
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service
Parents are welcome to print or save their own child's reports for personal and family use.
6. Security and reporting concerns
If you notice something that looks like a security problem, such as seeing information about a child who is not yours, please stop, do not share it, and email info@growmetrics360.com right away. We will investigate promptly. Good-faith reports help keep every family safe, and we appreciate them.
Printed or saved reports are in your care once they leave the platform. Please store them as you would any other private family document.
7. Your information
Schools and families keep ownership of the information they provide, including student records, observations, and writing samples. You give us permission to store, process, and display that information only as needed to provide the Service to your school and family. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our platform
Grow Metrics 360, including its design, software, report formats, and branding, belongs to Grow Metrics 360. These terms give you permission to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. About assessment reports
Reports in Grow Metrics 360 reflect teacher observations of a child's development during a given period. They are educational tools to support conversations between schools and families. They are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluations, and they are not a substitute for advice from a pediatrician or other qualified professional. If you have concerns about your child's development, please speak with your child's teacher and your healthcare provider.
10. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service runs on third-party infrastructure, including Base44, and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update or improve features over time.
11. Fees
Any fees for the Service are set out in the school's agreement with Grow Metrics 360. There is no charge to parents and guardians.
12. Suspension and ending access
A school may remove staff or family accounts at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. When a school stops using the Service, its accounts will be closed and its information handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Grow Metrics 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount the school paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars for users who paid nothing.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date above and let schools know before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
